1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeedbas ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeedbas website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming and wagering services (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the jeedbas Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jeedbas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately and contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms apply to all products and verticals available on jeedbas, including but not limited to: online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting (including cricket), crash games (Monster Hi-Lo), live gaming tables (MT Live), and any future products introduced to the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use jeedbas, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jeedbas is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets, or collecting winnings under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person. Accounts must be registered and operated solely by the named account holder.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from jeedbas or had a prior account closed for violations of these Terms.

jeedbas employs age verification procedures at registration and may, at any time, request documentary proof of age from any account holder. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, withdrawals may be suspended and access to certain features restricted.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of Services on jeedbas, you must create a player account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes at any point thereafter.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on jeedbas. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts created to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade restrictions will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

• Registration Information: You must provide a valid email address, mobile number, and chosen username. Your registered name must match the name on your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account).
• KYC Verification: jeedbas may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to suspicious activity. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security: You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. jeedbas cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Contact Details: It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain active and accessible. jeedbas will use these channels for account notifications, verification codes, and security alerts.

jeedbas reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jeedbas supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount at jeedbas is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jeedbas account balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to network conditions and the policies of the respective mobile financial service provider.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
• jeedbas does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. By depositing, you warrant that all funds used are from legitimate sources.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals requested prior to verification completion will be held in a pending state until all required documents are received and reviewed.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–3 business days for bank transfers and typically same-day for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, subject to verification status and internal review.
• jeedbas reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily delayed without constituting a breach of these Terms.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before the real-money portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jeedbas offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the respective promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on jeedbas contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus and its associated wagering progress.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
• jeedbas's Right to Modify Promotions: jeedbas reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to registered account holders.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day are subject to the same general bonus rules unless specific terms state otherwise. All bonus terms are published in English on the relevant promotion page.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jeedbas, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account operation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit system features in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit pricing errors in jeedbas's sportsbook.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. Any player who discovers an error is required to report it immediately to support@jeedbas. Winnings accrued through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Using jeedbas for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. jeedbas is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will co-operate fully with any resulting investigation.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jeedbas employees, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of jeedbas's platform, software, content, or intellectual property.

jeedbas reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected, jeedbas may suspend the account, void bets and bonuses, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account without liability to the player.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on jeedbas, including but not limited to the platform's design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of jeedbas or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeedbas platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content from jeedbas without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content from the platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices contained within any Content.
• Frame, scrape, or data-mine any portion of the jeedbas platform without explicit written consent.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are subject to their own licensing terms. jeedbas does not claim ownership over such third-party content.

The jeedbas name, domain, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary identifiers of jeedbas. Unauthorised use of these identifiers in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate the closure of a jeedbas player account, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Player-Initiated Closure:

• You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing support@jeedbas. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.
• Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
• Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) should state this clearly in their request. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and jeedbas will take additional steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

jeedbas-Initiated Suspension or Closure:

• jeedbas reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where a breach of these Terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected, including but not limited to: fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, or use of prohibited automated tools.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jeedbas reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• jeedbas may also close or restrict accounts at its sole discretion without providing a reason, particularly where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's responsible gaming obligations or risk management requirements.

These Terms & Conditions, together with jeedbas's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeedbas with respect to your use of the Services. Any prior representations, understandings, or agreements — whether oral or written — are superseded by these Terms.
