5 Data Security & Storage
jeedbas takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements a range of technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure.
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser or mobile device and jeedbas's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (commonly referred to as SSL/HTTPS). This applies to all platform interactions including login, deposits, withdrawals, and live chat.

6 Data Retention
jeedbas retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. The following retention guidelines apply:
- Active Account Data: Personal data associated with an active jeedbas account is retained for the full duration of the account's active status. This includes registration information, KYC documents, and transaction history.
- Closed Account Data: Following account closure, jeedbas retains player data for a minimum period of five (5) years to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) record-keeping obligations. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction records, including deposit and withdrawal histories, are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements applicable to online payment services operating in Bangladesh.
- Support Communications: Live chat and email correspondence with jeedbas's support team is retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer where required for the resolution of an ongoing dispute.
- Analytics & Cookie Data: Anonymised analytics data derived from cookies is retained for up to twelve (12) months before being aggregated further or deleted.
Once the applicable retention period has elapsed, jeedbas will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data. Anonymised data — which can no longer identify you individually — may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.
7 Your Privacy Rights
As a jeedbas player, you hold a number of rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you. jeedbas is committed to honouring these rights promptly and transparently. - Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data jeedbas holds about you. We will provide this information in a clear, structured format within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where data processing is based on your consent (for example, marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
8 Policy Updates & Contact
jeedbas reviews this Privacy Policy on a regular basis and will update it whenever our data practices change in a meaningful way — for example, if we introduce new data processing activities, engage new third-party partners, or respond to changes in applicable privacy law.
When material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, we will:
- Update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section above.
- Send a notification email to all registered jeedbas account holders at their registered email address, summarising the key changes.
- Display a platform notification within the jeedbas interface for a minimum of 14 days following publication of the updated policy.
Your continued use of jeedbas following notification of a material policy change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the updated policy, you should cease using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure and data deletion in accordance with Section 7.
